Development Project

The asset consists of 83 parcels with 9 semi-finished villas and an entrance building and is located on the borders of Ayia Varvara and Episkopi communities, in Paphos district. The asset is located approximately 2,5 km north of the highway Paphos-Limassol, approximately 1,6 km northeast of the center of the Ayia Varvara village and around 2,7 km south of the center of Episkopi village. All the parcels have been merged into a single unit for the construction of the resort known as “Santa Barbara Hills Park” which remains undeveloped. The property as a single unit has an irregular shape, a partly abnormal surface, different downhill slopes and altitude differences, and a total land area of 595,810sqm. Access to the resort can be achieved from three entry points, from north, south and east. In addition, there is a completed two-storey building that is used as an entrance to the project and consists of two rooms. The structure is covered by stone and is stretched over two floors. The project falls into three planning zones Γ3, Π1 and Ζ3. The asset can be developed into 10 separate plots and three agricultural fields. In place, there is valuable infrastructure (earthworks, road network, landscaping)
